I have been offered a clinical fellowship in Ophthalmology in a reputed university in US. I would like to know whether it is possible to obtain a H1 visa without giving step III. If not then what are the chances of my doing a residency in US in Opthalmology after I finish this fellowship on a J1. Also I would like to know how to go about obtaining a visa from the university.
