I was told by my friends about this great website to learn for the exam- usmle.mahanbharat.com/forum/ Their forum contain thousands of USMLE type questions and answers for each step and also hundreds of EKGs, X-Rays, CTs, Dermatology, Fundus pictures and Histo/Patho slides. All these are for free and you just need to login. I found it very useful and hope this helps everyone. Good luck!
