I suggest you apply for visa extension ASAP because the processing time is so so long. Your current visa wuold have expired by Nov and you still wouldnt know if your application was approved. Most of the time, they send you the approved application after you actually have used it up.


Some of the requirements for visa extension are:1. reason for extension 2. bank statement 3. guaranteed employment in the home country 3. Tax forms of either a greencard or US citizen that is sponsoring you.

If this is your first time to apply for extension, then you have a 50-50 chance of being approved provided you complete all the required paperwork. I suggest you consult an immigration lawyer for help. They charge ofcourse and they dont guarantee if you'l be approved. You can do it yourself, but its a web of paper applications etc etc. If you have multiple entry, its better to go home and just come back, that way you are not risking your status. Cause application doesnt mean anything till you get approved. I hope i am making sense.
